COBA Major Jaw Bats Week 10 Player of the Week – Chris Novia

The COBA Major JAW Bats Player of the Week for Week 10 (July 3rd – July 9th) is 1B/DH Chris Novia of the Erindale Cardinals.

Novia played in four games during this week leading the Big Red Machine to a perfect 4-0 record. They had wins against Brampton (13-3), Milton (16-9), and a DH sweep against Oakville (12-3 & 8-2). For his week, he was 7-for-12 (.583) with two singles, a double, and four home runs. He scored seven runs while collecting eight RBI. He also walked twice and was hit by a pitch once.

Novia is now hitting .380 (27-for-71) for his season with six doubles, and seven home runs. He has scored 24 runs and has also collected 24 RBI thus far.
