COBA Major D-Ville Bats Week 4 Player of the Week – Chris Novia

The COBA Major D-Ville Bats Player of the Week for Week 4 (May 21st – May 27th) is 1B Chris Novia of the Erindale Cardinals

Novia played in three games during this period of games helping lead the Cardinals to a 2-1 record. The Cards won their first two games of the week beating Oakville (7-4) and Brampton (18-8) before dropping a tight 5-4 decision to the Milton Red Sox. For his week, he was 5-for-13 (.385) with three singles, a double, and a home run. He scored four runs while collecting eight RBI.

For his season, Novia is now hitting .450 (10-for-20) with two doubles and three home runs. He has walked seven times while scoring 10 runs and collecting 10 RBI.
